Portability
The authenticated settings surface exposes a workspace export containing workspace metadata, memberships, projects, monitors, redacted alert-channel config, heartbeats, runs, incidents, timeline events, audit events, and import records.
Ingest tokens and webhook URLs are not exported. Alert channels are exported with redacted configuration markers so customers can reconstruct intent without leaking live secrets into a file.
Deletion requests remove live workspace data Luota controls. Encrypted backups age out on the documented backup retention window, while Stripe/accounting records may remain where legally required.
Healthchecks and Cronitor importers exist for inbound migration. Outbound export is JSON-first with CSV slices for monitors, runs, incidents, and audit events.
